About Roger Ghai
Roger Ghai obtained his law degree from Santa Clara University School Of Law in 1988 and his Master of Laws Degree in Litigation from Emory University School of Law in 1989.
Following law school Roger became the lead bankruptcy lawyer at his former firm in Atlanta where he represented both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy clients.
Roger has also worked as a public defender at the Fulton County Public Defenders Office and has tried several criminal cases. Upon entry into private practice in 1996 he continued working as a bankruptcy lawyer representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy clients. In addition, to representing bankruptcy clients in private practice, Roger has also litigated civil actions such as medical malpractice, wrongful death, and automobile accident cases.
In the context of bankruptcy law, Roger has represented clients as a bankruptcy trial attorney and has frequently litigated bankruptcy issues dealing with whether a client's debts should be discharged in the client's bankruptcy case.
Most recently, from November 2009 through June 2010 Roger hosted a radio program on 1380 News Talk Radio that concerned bankruptcy debt relief issues.
